My focus for May is to be more present. Present in my friendships, present with my family, and present in my daily tasks. I want to focus on the now and find power in the present moments. I want to be so satisfied with what I'm doing in each moment that I forget to check my text messages and stop distracting myself by scrolling through Instagram. I want to focus 100% on the task at hand. I want to tap into my senses and achieve the highest level of present being. I need to breathe more deeply, see more vibrantly, and feel everything on a deeper level in my soul.
