7 questions I have after last night's episode of The Bachelorette:

1. What happened to Copper?

2. Will Dean be the next Bachelor?

3. Does Peter have a brother?

4. Will AJ be in Paradise?

5. Is Rachel 6'2" or is Kareem Abdul Jabar shrinking?

6. Why didn't Lexie contact DeMario the six days in between AFTR and filming?

7. Why did they stop ending episodes with rose ceremonies?

I recently stumbled upon JudyLynn Cabal, blogger at Loving Life Limitlessly, on Instagram. I reached at to her to do a blogger spotlight and love the inspiration behind her blog.

JudyLynn is not only a blogger, but also a wife and mother. She created her blog last September when she noticed the influence that technology had on people and felt that the world needed a positive light on Christians. She wanted to encourage other Christian mothers and wives.

Her two favorite posts that she has written are 10 Ways to be a Help Meet, which shares 10 ways to be a prayerful, Christ-like wife, and Moms & Dads, This is Your Most Important Reminder, which is about intentional parenting. Although I am not yet a wife or a mother, the wisdom from JudyLynn was inspiring on how to continue to pray for my future husband and future children.

She encourages new bloggers to have a purpose and a plan for the blog. "My purpose is blogging to encourage, inspire, and motivate," says JudyLynn. She avoids writer's block by staying ahead of the curve. She brainstorms potential blog posts ahead of time and keeps her phone notepad handy so that she never loses a great idea. She also says to not feel discouraged if you do not see results right away. "Some readers are just trying to see if you're the real deal; if you are in this for the long haul."

Outside of blogging JudyLynn loves to spend time with her family, read her Bible, exercise, and spend time with girlfriends.

JudyLynn loves being in touch with and encouraging fellow mom bloggers and Christian bloggers. For more of her, visit her social media and blog, Loving Life Limtitlessly.

The new season of The Bachelorette premieres tomorrow. I like Rachel as The Bachelorette. I feel like she really has her ish together...besides the fact that she is looking for love on television.

Image result for but thats none of my business meme

After viewing the bios on ABC's website for the 31 (yup, 31!) guys vying for more Instagram followers, I have never been less enthused about a season. The guys on JoJo's season were easy to watch and at least they had substance and careers other than modeling and fitness training. If people did not realize what a joke this show is already, the bios of these guys should put you over the edge.

Veteran casting director Lacey Pemberton and host Chris Harrison take THR through the process of recruiting the most diverse grouping yet in the ABC franchise.

Bryce, 30, Firefighter: says in his bio that his dream job is to become a professional Instagrammer. As long as he makes it halfway through the season I imagine he will have his choice between Diff Eyewear and Hello Fresh to make that dream a reality.

Milton, 31, Hotel Recreational Supervisor, also has some genuine intentions for coming on The Bachelorette. His goal this season is to be "discovered. Everyone tells me I am made for TV and movies."

Dean, 26, Startup Recruiter: says "marriage is an institutionalized sham derived from religious beliefs." Yet he is here with hopes of getting engaged by the end of six weeks?

DeMario, 30, Executive Recruiter: says that he loves attention! "Not like '07 B.Spears attention or 2011 Sheen. Natural attention like when Justin and Brit wore those incredible denim outfits."

*SPOILER ALERT: According to Reality Steve, DeMario leaves in episode two because his girlfriend arrives at the mansion and puts him on blast.* Sounds like the wrong type of attention to me!

Kyle, 26, Marketing Consultant, has an interesting opinion on gluten..."not really sure what it is or what food it lives in, but I select gluten-free menu options when I can."

Two unique jobs we see this season are Tickle Monster and Whaboom!

Many of the men mention their infatuation with Matthew McConaughey and The Rock in their bios which already leads me to some questionable thoughts about them.

Who I like: Adam, Brady, Eric, Iggy, Jack Stone, Matt
Who I think will stick around: Anthony, Bryan, Eric, Jamey, Josiah, Matt, Peter

Comment below with who you think will win this season & be sure to check back each week for my commentary throughout the season!

I am participating in the Tone It Up Bikini Series challenge. It is eight weeks of getting in tune with your mind, body, and soul and falling in love with yourself and the world around you. It was a perfect way to prep for summer 2017 and I am excited to see what Tone It Up has in store for me.

Along with workouts and a meal plan, I really need motivational music to get me through a tough spot. Here are some songs I'm enjoying lately!

  • What I Like by Bruno Mars
  • Closer by The Chainsmokers feat. Halsey
  • Don't Wanna Know by Maroon 5 feat. Kendrick Lamar
  • Can't Stop the Feeling by Justin Timberlake
  • Broccoli by D.R.A.M feat. Lil Yachty
  • Bounce Back by Big Sean
  • Juju on That Beat by Zay Hilfigerrr & Zayion McCall
  • We Don't Talk Anymore by Charlie Puth feat. Selena Gomez
  • Turn Down For What by DJ Snake and Lil Jon
  • Push It by Salt-N-Pepa
What songs do you love to workout to?

May is National Meditation Month. Meditation can be performed in many different ways and is something that I believe all people should implement into their daily routine. Meditation increases gray matter in the brain which allows individuals to think more clearly and have an increased capacity for compassion.

There are many benefits to meditation. It can reduce headaches, anxiety, and stress. Meditation can also improve the immune system and create an increased level of energy, which is restored from within. Meditation increases happiness, creativity, and clarity. It helps people to problem solve more effectively.

Meditation can be done with music or just by simply closing your eyes and breathing. For me, I often meditate in prayer and through scripture from The Bible.

In celebration of National Meditation Month, I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and explore a powerful way to improve your mental capacity.

Mother’s Day is this weekend. If you have not shopped for her yet, it is not too late. If you’re like me, shopping for your parents is one of the most difficult things. It seems they have everything they need and when they want something they are able to just go buy it themselves. Here are 5 great gifts for all moms:

For the Beauty Guru: Cosmetics Bag with a Sephora gift card or some of her favorite beauty products

for the Mom on the go: Passport Cover

For the Mom who loves to Netflix & Chill: Amazon Fire Stick

For the sentimental mom: Alex & Ani

For the mom who needs to relax: Nail Salon gift card

Summer is upon us which means lots of outdoor festivities. Between family barbecues, block parties, and sunset dinners, here are the top five outdoor decorating trends for 2017 from Wayfair.
1. Indoor Comforts Outside
Conversation sets can look and feel just like your indoor sectional, and Sunbrella fabric makes them extremely easy to clean. Position pieces around an outdoor coffee table or even a fire pit for the ultimate backyard living room.

2. Paris-Inspired Dining
If you’re tight on outdoor space, bistro sets can add a huge punch of personality in a small package. Easily transform your patio or deck into a Parisian sidewalk café.
3. Café Touches
To really nail that café look, add outdoor string lights above your eating space. Solar options mean lights can go absolutely anywhere with no worry of extensions cords and plugs.
4. Outdoor Bars
Take the bar outside with a serving cart made to withstand the outdoors. Load it up with drink choices, mixers, maybe even some fresh fruit—and of course, glasses. Let your guests help themselves!

5. Wild About Wicker
Timeless wicker remains the top material choice for outdoor furniture. It’s now available in more colors that ever, and accompanying cushions give you limitless décor options.

Cinco de Mayo is tres days away. And whether you're spending the Friday at work or partying hard with friends, here are some cute, but festive outfits for whatever you are doing! Remember to be safe. Call an Uber!

Monday, May 1, 2017

My focus for May is to be more present. Present in my friendships, present with my family, and present in my daily tasks. I want to focus on the now and find power in the present moments. I want to be so satisfied with what I'm doing in each moment that I forget to check my text messages and stop distracting myself by scrolling through Instagram. I want to focus 100% on the task at hand. I want to tap into my senses and achieve the highest level of present being. I need to breathe more deeply, see more vibrantly, and feel everything on a deeper level in my soul.
