Last year I had the joy of attending the Gluten Free Expo in San Diego. It was a weekend of delicious food, informative seminars, and getting to know companies that have similar views with mine. This year I am excited to announce that I will be back at the Gluten Free Expo, February 11-12 at Del Mar Fairgrounds.
The event is from 10am-4pm on Saturday and 10am-3pm on Sunday. Please note parking at the Del Mar Fairground is $13. Some of the seminars being offered this year include Chef Amy Fothergill with how to make simple paleo dishes and Nadine Grzeskowiak RN, BSN, CEN with how gluten and other foods can impact all aspects of health.
